OakNorth has empowered the LSE Generate Schools Programme since 2021 - equipping tens of thousands of young people with the tools, knowledge and confidence they need to thrive in the future.
Meeting as students at LSE, Rishi Khosla and Joel Perlman, the co-founders of OakNorth, have always prioritised mentorship across their own entrepreneurial journeys, having witnessed the transformational impact of these interactions. Their ambition to invest in and support the next generation of innovators through a programme focused on the power of mentorship is closely linked to these first-hand experiences, moments that have ultimately led to their long-term business success.
